19-July-2009 Special Note:  Due to circumstances beyond our control, the planned expansion of LGE to the west coast has been canceled in favor of opening a new office in LGE founder John Henry's home town of Kalamazoo, Michigan.  Operations in NC and VA will continue as normal.

LowGenius Enteprises Owner and Lead Designer John Henry will be heading to Sacramento, California for an extended period starting May 19th to launch our new West Coast operations center.

Service and support functions will not be impacted by this move, as we will retain personnel in North Carolina as well as maintaining our primary office location there.  Of course this will require JH to spend an extended period – the current plan calls for a 6-12 month temporary relocation - in Sacramento to get things set up and running smoothly.

Service to our current customers in North Carolina and Virginia will not be interrupted or impacted in any permanent way; as those clients are well aware, the vast majority of our support is done online and over the phone, and can be done just as easily and effectively from California or Calcutta as from the Carolinas. 

The actual process of getting the basics of our communications center in Sacramento will require our personnel to be away from e-mail and our helpdesk system periodically for approximately two weeks, with all communications unavailable between the 19th and 26th of May.  Any emergency communication necessary during this period may be made by telephone, and our existing office telephone number and mailing address will not change.

This expansion represents a growth opportunity for LowGenius Enterprises that will enable us to bring more robust product offerings and more effective, efficient, and responsive service processes to both new and existing clients, and we’re looking forward to the ability to develop and implement a new, wider range of services and products during this next stage of our continued growth, while maintaining the hands-on, localized approach to customer service that has made us the premiere web and new media design and development firm in the North Triangle and SoVa area since 2003.
